How the Class Works
You’ll rotate through seven resistance‑based stations, spending 40 seconds working and 20 seconds resting before moving on. Each full circuit contains four cycles, giving you a balanced, full‑body session without overwhelming intensity. The format changes when things need a freshen‑up, but the focus stays the same: controlled strength work, good form, and steady progress. Expect to leave feeling energised, not exhausted.
